Four steps, from first contact to the answer.
You answer a few questions about what happened and send us whatever you have: screenshots, emails from the platform and the account's @ handle. It takes about a minute.
If the case allows it, our technicians work to recover the account. Simple cases can be resolved in up to 60 minutes, and you only pay if the account comes back.
When the case needs to go to court, we prepare the case file and our partner lawyers in the UK take over. You get the fees in writing before you decide.

Our story
João Pedro starts out as a paid ads manager and begins to see clients lose profiles and ad accounts up close, with nowhere to turn.
João Pedro teams up with Hélio Vagner, a Brazilian lawyer who saw a route through the courts for these cases. The work begins inside a business law firm with more than 30 years of practice.
After more than 500 cases, including Brazilians living abroad, SOS Unlock and Hélio's law firm, HV Advocacia, are born as partners. The first clients from London, Portugal, Spain and Latin America arrive.
Service under the SOS Unlock brand in six languages, with partner lawyers in the UK, Spain, Italy, France and Colombia, and the European route for Portugal and Ireland.
More than 2,000 cases and over 90% success in account recoveries, from personal profiles to some of Brazil's best-known brands.
Who is behind it
Founder of SOS Unlock
He has been a paid ads manager since 2019 and has watched clients lose accounts, ads and sales with nobody on the other side to answer.
In 2022 he also moved to the other side of the problem: getting those accounts back. Today he heads SOS Unlock, which has passed 2,000 cases in Brazil and abroad.
Where we work
Our IT technicians work with clients all over the world. The court route depends on the country.
We have been serving clients in London since 2025, and our IT technicians have already recovered accounts for clients there. In 2026 we started serving the UK under the SOS Unlock brand, in English or Portuguese.
Our IT technicians assess whether the account can be recovered without going to court. If it cannot, our partner lawyers in England take over. They already handle cases against Meta and start with a fixed-fee consultation.

Questions
Not in the sense of hacking into accounts. Our IT technicians know the platforms inside out and use that knowledge to return each account to its rightful owner, always by legal means. We do not hack into anyone's account.
We are an account recovery company. When a case goes to court, the work is done by our partner lawyers in the UK, under a separate agreement. We prepare the case and follow it every step of the way.
Nobody can guarantee that. The final decision rests with the platform, and in court with the judge. What we can say is that more than 90% of our unblocking cases end with the account back.
The assessment is free. For recovery with IT technicians, you only pay if the account comes back. On the court route, you get the partner lawyers' fee and ours in writing before you decide.
Once the account is back, you have a 7-day guarantee: if it goes down within that time, we redo the work or refund you. After that, there is account protection, a separate service.
The approach. Instead of sending the same form again, our IT technicians tackle the case differently. If the account does not come back, the case can move to the courts with partner lawyers.
Simple cases can be resolved in up to 60 minutes. On the court route, a formal complaint usually gets an answer within a few weeks; a lawsuit takes longer. The timeline is set out in writing in the proposal.
